Separate Intercompany Authorization access and Auto Alert to Entity users of mismatch

Description (Required): Currently as per Security matrix Users can access Partners intercompany accounts/Plug accounts values of intercompany matching reports if he have access to that partner whole entity data under Intercompany Matching reports. 

There is no separate authorizations only at the level of Intercompany/Plug accounts for this key report of Consolidation activity to reconcile with partner entity mismatch values.. Due to this Group/Central team have to co-ordinate with local entities for clear off the mismatch which is painful activity for central team to co-ordinate at each level of mismatch/differences in plug account to clear it out.
