EL expression using Upper function

Hi,

I would need your help in achieving the below requirement.

Display a report link in View Transcript - Actions if the course title contains 'nursing' word and this word can be in any case.

Please help me with a EL expression that converts the learning title into upper case for finding these kind of course titles. something like below..

#{upper(bindings.learningItemTitle.attributeValue) like '%NURSING%'}
