It does create a planned order for Finished Good item but does not create any demand for components.

Plan Type - Unconstrained Plan / Manufacturing Plan

Finished Good Item is MRP Planned

Item Structure and Routing is collected

Souring is setup for component Item

There is no onhand or any other supply for component

It does create the planned order for components if WORK ORDER is created.
