Is it possible to leverage on org tree with Divisions and BUs only to build person sec profile ?

Summary:

Need to grant access to all employees belonging to one or more business units, which are children of the company divisions in an organization tree.

Content (required):

It is assumed to have an organization tree made of divisions and business units only, where BUs are children of the divisions.

As per image above, starting from this organization tree, we would add an AoR having hierarchy type equal to "Organization Hierarchy" and top organization "SUB-DIVISION 1" to an HR user. Then we would define a person security profile secured by AoR and a data role which refers to the same person security profile.
