Issue in work relationship canceling after inter company transfer

Hi Team,
I have done the local and global transfer with effective date 1/16/2022
Changing Legal Employer A to B and BU and position changed as well.
After that we HR don't want to continue new legal employer so as per the conversation we decided we will cancel the work relationship and still we have not ran the payroll.
while canceling the work relationship got error-BEN-990920Benefits enrollments already exist for this person. To cancel the hire, you must first disenroll the person from their benefits elections. Manually void or back out any processed life events.
We voided the LE which added while Legal employer transfer but the error persist.
