Hi,

we know that in Oracle HCM the Organization Charts are built in an Assignment oriented vision, and not in a Person Oriented one. Basically, a same Person can display different organization charts as many as his/her Assignments. Is there the possibility to have also a Person oriented Organization Chart? In other words our goal is that when we search for a Person who has multiple assignments and for each assignment he/she has several riports (direct and indirect), we had the possibility to display the entire organization structure associated with the Person, namely having the possibility to have in a same
