How to update My Domain URL to CPQ for SFDC integration package

We are experiencing an error when attempting to generate a token, the following error occurs.

Error sending message to endpoint https://SALESFORCEURL.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/token.

It happen when we try to generate the Token from user integration. Currently we we are doing the initial setup for managed package 8.x.

There is a document related for this issue, however not sure when the Domain needs to be changed in CPQ, if there is an admin setting?
