EPM Integration Agent - stops "completing" the polling calls & how to monitor?
My client has two different agents running on the same staging server, one for ARCS and one for Planning. ARCS has been running very smoothly for ~6 months. Planning has been running smoothly for ~2 months.
Two days ago the ARCS agent stopped "completing" the polling job, it still makes the polling call but it just does not complete. We didn't notice this until the planning agent also went down this morning.
Both agents are running as a service using different ports and haven't had issues before.
See log below starting at 5:18:30 AM it just stops "completed polling of job from queue" and when I go look at the cluster in the cloud this is the last ping time.
