I created a customer through 'Manage Customers' with Account Type as 'External' as well as Primary Address with purposes 'Bill to, ship to and Sold to'. While creating the subscription when I'm trying to add this customer, the bill in to site is not getting auto-populated. Also, This customer details are not getting reflected in Sales Account page. We scheduled following jobs to resolve this issue: Optimize CRM Search Indexes, Optimize CRM Search Indexes, Synchronize Financials Accounts and Contacts with CX Sales
