Update existing Geography information in Geography Heirarchy

Hi,

We have a requirement to update the existing locality and postal code information (which are Level 3 and Level4 in hierarchy structure) in geography hierarchy for Mexico region.

The import option is graded out in manage geographies and we need to do update for some specific records in bulk. Need help to do update the existing data. Any inputs to proceed?
