How to Notify Users on FYA Expiration/Non-renewal

Summary: Looking for an option to notify the users if a renewal of notification does not happen. Is it possible via Alerts Composer?

Content (required): We have the renewal configuration in place for some of the Action Types (Promotion, Resignation, etc.) where the FYA to approvers renews every 6 hours. However, sometimes the renewal does not happen and if the transaction is not acted upon within the 6 hours of the last renewal and the notification expires, the users are unable to take any more action on this transaction. The user then has to withdraw that transaction and initiate afresh. The requirement here is:
