Summary:

I am using original hire date in my derived factor to calculate accruals in my absence. From Doc ID 2171772.1, the Original hire date using the Enterprise Seniority Date. I tried updating to field under Person on a rehired employee, but the accrual remains the same. It is not using the date that I inputted. Can anyone advise?
