How Companies are using HCM Mobile without MDM/Intune support?

Hi Team,

I know there are plenty of Oracle Customers using HCM Mobile and I am looking for inputs on what you have done to ensure compliance with their respective Security policies. Our CORP Security is asking us to bring HCM Mobile to Microsoft Intune but I just got confirmation that Oracle does not support MDM.
