PBCS Form, change order of Form Formula calculation

Hi,

I have a form with Period across and Account down, I need to add some months up, I am using formula column to do this. I then need to divide a couple of the accounts, I am using a formula row to do this.

Currently the row formula must be taking precedence, as the division is happening, but the those percentages are being added by the formula column.

I need the column formulas to happen first, then the row formulas. I can't see how to achieve this - how can I get the formulas to give the "correct" results?
