Course Images not showing

Summary:

Hi,

I am viewing the courses/specialisations in learning though have noticed that the images are not showing in the 'employee' view (Image A)

I would also like to ask if there is the option to view all courses at once from an employee/learner view? I find it strange that you have to know a course name to search for it (Image B)

Anyone help me on this.
