How to assign resources to resource pools based on departments

Dear all,

At the moment, I'm trying to assign resources from the resource pool (Resources with No Pool Membership) to another resource pool that I have created.

Actually, there is already a document on Oracle Support that describes the solution, which I'm following, please see this link Document 2580702.1 (oracle.com).

After step #9 in the document, when I check if the resources have been assigned to the resource pool that I have created, the resources are not showing up and when I take a look on the process, it comes up with a warning. The Log is also empty for information so very little help to get from here.
