Is anyone else having an issue with Learning Plans not completing when users complete all items? One of my admins noticed an issue yesterday and when we checked it appeared that the issue began last Friday night. We entered a level-2 service request late yesterday and so far have heard crickets from Oracle... not even an auto-reply. Based on the SR it looks like we are stuck in automated workflow purgatory.
This level of response is one of the reasons we plan to move for the Oracle Taleo Learn platform by Spring - 2023. I can assure you our replacement LMS will not be an Oracle product.
