Unable to set Award Close Date same as Award End Date

Summary:

System Error when trying the set the Award Close Date to equal End Date.

Tried to change the Award Close Date to 9/30/22 (Same as End Date)Error Message:

The award close date must be after the 9/30/2022 end date of the award. (GMS-2145015)

When I go into Oracle Support there is no information for GMS-2145015

Since the Award Close Date allows extra costs to flow into PPM until that Date, we want the Close Date to be the same as the End Date to stop this extra costs.

Why can't these be the same exact date?
