Ability to Extract Data using REST API, using Legal Employer as filter

Is it possible to extract data using REST API based on Legal Employer criteria?

https://<Environment Name>/hcmRestApi/resources/latest/workers?q=PersonNumber=18

In this example, API is extracting based on Person Number. Is it possible to extract based on Legal Employer or Business Unit?
