Hi Experts,

I'm unable to search for a new hired person in Calculate Accruals and Balances job. The accruals are not getting calculated for this person even if I run it for the entire Legal Employer. We have defined the Balance Frequency as Person Primary Frequency at plan configuration level. Also the person is having an active Payroll record.

Accruals are running if I run manually through Person Management.

What could be the issue here?
