Can administrators delegate on behalf of a line manager that is off sick?
Summary:
Line Managers can delegate when they are going on holiday, but when they are off sick, we have no process for a HR admin to delegate on our behalf.
Is there a process that I am missing or is it not possible for a HR admin to delegate on the behalf of a line manager?
