Create Pick Wave: Release Now/Add to Release Schedule

Summary:

Hi, while creating a pick wave, there are 2 options to proceed: Release Now and Add to Release Schedule, but both of them release at the moment the pick wave, there´s no difference in the process. Is anything I may be missing that makes both of the options having exactly the same behavior?
