Currency Conversion from Bill Transaction Currency to Contract Currency

Summary:

Is there a way to convert the billing amount (e.g. in GBP) to its contract currency (e.g. In USD) with the conversion rate of the day when the cost/expenditure is accounted in project?

Currently, it's using the billing invoice date for conversion which can be weeks or months after the expenditure is accounted in project.

This would always leave a residual due to the FX, which is we want to avoid.

In project costing: an expenditure of 100GBP is accounted in a Project (project currency and contract currency are both USD) on Oct 1. So the Raw cost in project functional currency is 80USD.
