Waiting period in Accrual Plans
Summary
How to award front load hours on 90 days of waiting period from date of hire?Content
Hello Experts,
I am new to Absence Management and looking for your inputs.
I have setup a front load plan and requirement is new hires should get their prorated front load hours from date of hire and only on 90 days of waiting period.
Ex: Employee hired on 1/1/2018, enrolled into plan on 1/1/2018 but he should receive front load hours on 1/4/2018 (90 days waiting period)
When I use waiting period of 90 days in plan setup, Employee is enrolled in the plan on 1/4/2018 instead of on hire date.
