Is anyone aware of how to update the global search field to include terminated employees?
Summary:
We would like to include terminated employees in the global search field to be able to select them for viewing in the spotlight. Is there a place to update the criteria for what is displayed in that global search field?
Content (required):
We are looking for ways to get to documents, performance reviews, talent profiles, etc., for terminated associates, and it appears the only way is through the spotlight. 1) is there another path to get to these documents; 2) can we configure the global search to include terminated people so we can retrieve their records in the spotlight?
