Project asset default depreciation account and asset assignment LOV

Summary:

When I create an asset in a capital project, upon selecting the asset category I expect the default depreciation account to be populated. But I actually have to enter all CoA segment values? Is that intended? Also When I assign the asset the respective project lowest task the LOV to show the lowest tasks only shows the task number, not the task name. Again is it not possible to show both the task number and task name in the LOV?
