Question about instance being stopped without reason

Summary:I am using FreeTier service with Shape as VM.Standard2.1. I went into my account today and found this Instance stopped for unknown reasons.

I have contacted support, however, support asked me to access the forum for testing and specific instructions.

Therefore, I would like to ask for your help to check the reason why this server stopped without any notice.
