How to enable Disability Info section in Person Details page?

Hello experts,
I'm implementing the new user interface, but I cannot see the Disability Info section when accessing Person Details quick action (please, see the attached screen).
According to the following document it should appear (in addition I have already added
ORA_PER_VIEW_PERSON_DISABILITY_BY_HR; ORA_PER_VIEW_PERSON_DISABILITY privileges).
How can I enable this section?
