Learning Record Measures - Incorrect Complete count

Summary:

When selected Learning Records Real time subject area, and selected Learner record measures it shows incorrect count.

Content (required):

The completed count goes double -

For eg. 4 learner are enrolled and completion count shows 8 which is incorrect. It shows the learning assignment count including offering and course.

I tried to filter the OTBI result by Assigned Learning item type but it doesn't include Offering as a list of value.

So do we know why this count shows incorrect figure?
