BICC - How do you remove a datastore/pvo from a job?

Summary:

How do I remove a datastore from a job; disassociate it. I have a custom offering where I had added a datastore/pvo that I no longer want included in the job that uses the custom offering. I removed the datastore/pvo from the custom offering; however, it is still still generating a file. If I review the job and custom offering datastores using 'Edit' the datastore this datastore is not listed, however, the initial view of the job prior to selecting the custom offering does show the pvo listed in this form.

When reviewing the log of the last application run I can see that pvo is still generating a file, but it is not enabled for extract in any of the out of the box offerings (Financial and SCM) .
