How to allocate extra equipment time at the loading unit in addition to loading time at the dock?

Summary:

The premise is that a time is determined in which the equipment stays on the dock to carry out the loading and an extra time that it stays in the unit's yard waiting for the release to leave. For example, see the case:

•The location has an activity time set to 1 fixed hour.

•When the shipment is generated, it reflects this activity time to be able to leave the unit.

•When scheduling the dock, the time allocated to the equipment is the same as the registered activity time (1 hour).

In this case, I need to allocate 1 hour of dock time and add an excess of time that the equipment is stopped in the yard until it is released to leave (2 hours for example). The equipment would spend 3 hours in the unit, 1 hour charging at the dock and another 2 hours stopped in the yard until it was released.
