What does the "Number of Occurrences" column really mean?

edited Aug 11, 2022 10:08PM in Risk Management and Compliance 1 comment

Summary:

In an AFC results count, there is the "Number of Occurrences" column. We need to understand how exactly the count of occurrences is made.

Content (required):

We created a control to monitor purchase orders with "open" status for more than 60 days. In the results count, we noticed that some incidents have values like 15 or 18 in the "Number of Occurrences" column. How is this possible if each POs has unique ID an Number?

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):

Oracle Cloud Application 21D (11.13.21.10.0)

Code Snippet (add any code snippets that support your topic, if applicable):
