Attachments in Time Cards

Is it possible to configure that an attachment can be added when creating a Time Card? This attachment would need to be seen by the manager when approving the Time Card and thereafter visible to HR accessing via Team Time Cards.

I can see the Comments section is in the Time Layout Set and just becuase I know from Absence Types configuration, Comments and Attachments are present in the same vicinity there I thought this is where it might be configurable for the Time Card but I am not seeing how to do this.
