Notification Emails - Can the Approval/Reject buttons be removed

Summary:

We'd like to customize the notification email for our Manage Personal Contributions tasks that an employee initiates. The email should only contain the link to get back to the actual notification in the email and not allow an action FROM the email

Content (required):

Manage Personal Contribution tasks send an email to the Manager for approval or rejection. Upper level management would prefer this to be an informational email that guides them back to Oracle to approve. Currently the Manager or the next level manager can approve the task from the email itself. We'd like to remove that verbiage and only allow them to get back to Oracle to use either the Notification BELL or the notification from their Dashboard
