Send Email to Learners and Send Email to line managers

Summary:

Hi All,

When we login as Admin and under assignments , we have an option to send email to Learner ,Email learner and manager.When i click on them it is going to Outlook and asking for credentials.When we add outlook email .It says not vaild account and we have option to create one.But my outlook credentials are fine.Please let me know if anyone faced similar issue, do we need to do any specific setup for this.
