Additional Person Info - Add Attachments

Hello,

My client needs to be able to attach files in Additional Person Info, without having to do it through the Documents of Record. Through Design Studio it can not be done because there is no region defined for such a case.

Can I create a deeplink from the page that takes me to Documents of Record?
