Filter to bring back the greatest Response Attempt Number

We have an OTBI report using looking at employees Performance Review Rating (workforce performance - Performance Rating Real Time), for most employees this is fine but for employees whose ratings has changed it is bringing back both lines in "Questionnaire Question"."Response List Text"

I have found there is a "Questionnaire Question"."Response Attempt Number" and what I need to do is bring back the highest Attempt Number but am unsure on how to do this so it brings it back for each line for each person.
