User Entity Detail Page error

Dear Expert, we are trying to access Base name for the User Entity Detail and the search takes couple minutes and then ends up with connection error. see below screenshot. We never faced such issue in past but last weeked we got upgraded to 21D and since then we are facing this issue. I am not sure if this is any bug or not but would appreciate any guidance on this further.
