Netsuite to PBCS interface custom transaction type

Custom transaction type records are not included in saved search import in DM


Content (required):

We are trying to import data from a saved search from Netsuit to PBCS, it seems that not all records are imported. Records with a customized transaction type are not included. Whenever we run the saved search directly in Netsuite the records are included.

How can we include these records, with customized transaction types, in the import? Is there a parameter in DM or Netsuite which should be entered?
