Issue with Global Absence Entry Validation formula

Summary:

Content (required):

Hi All,

We have a requirement to restrict Employees and Managers to take an absence if they haven't completed 1 year of service in the organization. But when Admin tries to add it, system should allow the admin. To achieve this, I have used the below formula. I can see that the log is generating expecting results. But as an Employee, I'm still able to add absence even without completing 1 year of service.

What mistake am I doing here?

Thanks in advance,

Pooja
