Validate absence entries against Intranet SSO logins using either Time and Labour or Helpdesk module
Summary:
The organisation is trying to identify and reduce leave liability and we're wondering if a combination of HCM modules can be used to achieve this. We currently have a subscription for Core HR/Absence, but not for T&L or Helpdesk.

We are looking to implement a solution which allows us to track and action unapplied absences in HCM. Intranet (laptop) login can currently be monitored using SSO and other Microsoft tools. For employees that do not have a login on a particular day or have a partial login, we would like to verify if an absence was logged and approved in HCM.
