Knowledge Article - Reminder Notifications to Supplier Bidders

In Sourcing lifecycle, a reminder is automatically sent if supplier does not accept or decline the invitation, or submit a response before the due date. The due date is determined by the duration for which the negotiation is 'Active', and accepting responses.

The due date is set as follows:

• 1 hour after publish time if the duration between open date and close date is within 1 day (negotiation is open only for a day)
• 1 day after publish time if the duration between open date and close date is within 7 days
• 3 days after publish if the duration between open date and close date is more than 7 days
