Is there a way to send WorkFlow Notifications for Approved Budgets to all "Team Members"

Summary:

Budget Approval notifications should be sent to all Project Team Members

Content (required):

Currently we have Budgets Automatically approved, with notifications going to the Project Manager. We would also like to have a notification sent to anyone else who is listed as a team member on a specific Project.

I've tried several changes to the PPM Budget workflow, but I can't seem to get notifications to go to all the Team Members (not the security role "Project Team Member"; only those people who are assigned to that project as a "Team Member"

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated
