Show Tile to Employees from specific country

Hello All

We are creating a new tile in HCM to a third party payroll system, The new payroll is only applicable for the UK Employees. Is there anyway the new Tile in HCM can be exposed only to the UK based employees? There are no separate roles which identifies the UK employees which would have made it easy to EL expression part of the Tile configuration.
