Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter must support User Requests ATOM feed

Description (Required):

Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter supports different actions. One of these actions is "Subscribe to Updates (via Atom Feeds)" but the "User Requests" ATOM Feed is not available from the Operations tab of the "Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Endpoint" wizard (see attached image) whereas it is actually one of the ATOM feeds available in Fusion Applications for HCM (see attached image).

"User Requests" ATOM Feed must be added to the available ATOM Feeds that can be subscribed with Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter.
