How to report on days in state/phase through BIP
Summary:
We would need to create a datamodel showing when a submission entered a certain phase/state to calculate the times in phase/state. Ypu can see similar information in the UI when looking into a candidate's submission, but the tables only seem to show the current state & phase and not a historical overview of all phases and states for a submission.
