Privileges required to be able to view parameters for 'Evaluate Group Membership' Scheduled Process

Summary:

We're creating a Role to grant a service account the minimum required privileges to run a set of HCM Scheduled Processes. We've worked out the entitlement/privileges required to run all the Scheduled Processes, though we're seeing a challenge for the 'Evaluate Group Membership' Scheduled Process. We've added the "Evaluate HCM Group Membership" privilege which allows the user to select this Scheduled Process, but on the screen where the user would usually select the parameters for the process, there's nothing available (see the screen prints below).

Has anyone seen this challenge before and if so, can you suggest privilege(s) or Inherited Role(s) that would allow us to select these options?
