Summary: Experiencing problems downloading with a spreadsheet from the Negotiation award section on some negotiations. Receiving a System Timeout error message.


Content (required):

After my negotiation Closes, and I am in the Award phase. I click the Award by Spreadsheet button to export the supplier's response

I attempted to download the spreadsheet using the both of the style option but the Extract All window never popped up. The system takes an abnormally long time to process and then returns with an error.

I had a similar result on another RFX, in this case the system opened up the Extract All window, but when I attempted to open the xml file with Excel I receive this error
