Hi, I need to create a report / analysis that would pull the results for the employees who have a new manager value.

I have taken first steps by creating an analysis for old and new value for the manager but I would like to have a calculated field that will compare the old and new values and pulls the analysis if the manager was changed.

Is there a way to execute this approach? Thank you!
