How to Migrate Bursting Definitions from PBCS

Need to be able to migrate all Management Reporting artifacts from PBCS to NR.

I see a posting (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/597667/ability-to-migrate-reports-from-planning-to-narrative-reporting) that states: "This was delivered as part of the new Connections framework in 21.11, where you can copy a report artifact (e..g report, book, bursting definition) from a remote library for a Cloud EPM Platform business process to the Narrative Reporting Library". I have created a connection from NR to PBCS. I see the ability to copy a report from the PBCS folder to an NR folder. But the copy option for Bursting Definitions is greyed out.
